{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-365.865","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 365.865","heading":"Work of art consigned remains trust property until payment received by","body":"consignor.\nA work of fine art received as a consignment shall remain trust property, notwithstanding\nthe subsequent purchase thereof by the consignee directly or indirectly for the consignee's\nown account until the price is paid in full to the consignor or upon agreement to an\ninstallment sales contract.
