{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-365.875","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 365.875","heading":"Application and effect of KRS 365.855 to 365.870.","body":"(1) The provisions of KRS 365.855 to 365.870 shall not apply to a written contract\nexecuted prior to July 15, 1986, unless either the parties agree by mutual consent\nthat the provisions of KRS 365.855 to 365.870 shall apply or such contract is\nextended or renewed after July 15, 1986.\n(2) The provisions of KRS 365.855 to 365.870 shall not affect the remedies at law\navailable to a party to a consignment contract upon breach of the contract, where\nsuch remedies are not in opposition to the provisions of KRS 365.855 to 365.870.\n(3) The provisions of KRS 365.855 to 365.870 shall prevail over any conflicting or\ninconsistent provisions of KRS Chapter 355.","path":["KRS Chapter 365"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=34867","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:59:02Z","sha256":"f43d9b310501521e304e581e24215e84d1b7b039fe9cb8cc48c07aee2bb659ba","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-365.870","next":"us-ky/krs-365.880"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
