{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-365.884","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 365.884","heading":"Damages.","body":"(1) Except to the extent that a material and prejudicial change of position prior to\nacquiring knowledge or reason to know of misappropriation renders a monetary\nrecovery inequitable, a complainant shall be entitled to recover damages for\nmisappropriation. Dam ages may include both the actual loss caused by\nmisappropriation and the unjust enrichment caused by misappropriation that is not\ntaken into account in computing actual loss.
