{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-367.130","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 367.130","heading":"Consumers' Advisory Council -- Members -- Appointment.","body":"(1) The members of the Consumers' Advisory Council shall be sixteen (16) in number\nand shall be appointed by the Governor and shall include citizens of Kentucky\ngenerally knowledgeable in consumer affairs.\n(2) In addition to the members appointed by the Govern or, the Attorney General shall\nbe an ex officio member and shall serve as the chairman of the Consumers'\nAdvisory Council.\n(3) The members of the council other than the Attorney General shall be appointed or\nreappointed by the Governor within sixty (60) days after July 1, 2000. Each member\nshall serve for a three (3) year term, except that of the members first appointed or\nreappointed after July 1, 2000, six (6) shall be appointed for a term of one (1) year,\nfive (5) shall be appointed for a term of two (2)  years, and five (5) shall be\nappointed for a term of three (3) years.
