{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-367.280","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 367.280","heading":"Service of subpoena -- Service upon persons outside Commonwealth.","body":"(1) To the fullest extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States, service of a\nsubpoena or a demand pursuant to KRS 367.240 and 367.250 may be had in the\nmanner prescribed by the Kentucky Revised Statutes and the Kentucky Rules of\nCivil Procedure.\n(2) Personal service of any process, subpoena or investigative demand pursuant to KRS\n367.110 to 367.300 may be made upon any person outside of the Commonwealth if\nsuch person has engaged in conduct in violation of KRS 367.110 to 367.300 in the\nCommonwealth.
