{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-367.350","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 367.350","heading":"Rebate of sale or lease price contingent on referral of additional customer","body":"prohibited.\nWith respect to a credit sale, cash sale or lease to a consumer, the seller or lessor may not\ngive or offer to give a rebate or discount or otherwise pay or offer to pay value to the\nbuyer or lessee as an inducement for a sale or lease in consideration of his giving to the\nseller or lessor the names of prospective purchasers or lessees, or otherwise aiding the\nseller or lessor in making a sale or lease to another pe rson, if the earning of the rebate,\ndiscount or other value is contingent upon the occurrence of an event subsequent to the\ntime the buyer or lessee agrees to buy or lease.
