The fund shall be administered by the Office of the Attorney General. All civil\npenalties collected pursuant to KRS 367.3611 to 367.3629 shall be deposited into th e\nfund. Interest earned on moneys in the fund shall accrue to the fund. Moneys in the fund\nshall be used by the Office of the Attorney General to enforce KRS 367.3611 to\n367.3629.
