{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-367.440","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 367.440","heading":"Return of evidence of sale to buyer after cancellation.","body":"(1) Within ten (10) days after a home solicitation sale has been canceled or an offer to\npurchase revoked, the seller must tender to the buyer any payments made by the\nbuyer and any note or other evidence of indebtedness.\n(2) If the down payment includes goods  traded in, the goods must be tendered in\nsubstantially as good condition as when received by the seller.
