{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-367.630","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 367.630","heading":"Definitions for KRS 367.630 to 367.638.","body":"As used in KRS 367.630 to 367.638:\n(1) \"Commercial recording or audiovisual work\" means a recording or work whose\nowner, assignee, authorized agent, or licensee has disseminated or intends to\ndisseminate the recording for sale, rental, performance, or exhi bition to the public,\nincluding under license, but does not include an excerpt consisting of less than\nsubstantially all of a work or recording. A recording or work may be commercial\nregardless of whether a person who electronically disseminates it seeks c ommercial\nadvantage or private financial gain from the dissemination;\n(2) \"Electronic dissemination\" means initiating a transmission of, making available, or\notherwise offering a commercial recording or audiovisual work for distribution,\ndisplay, or perfor mance through the Internet or other digital network regardless of\nwhether another person has previously electronically disseminated the same\ncommercial recording or audiovisual work; and\n(3) \"Web site\" means a set of related Web pages served from a single Web domain.
