{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-367.684","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 367.684","heading":"Responsibility for accurate dispensing of contact lens or visual aid glasses","body":"prescription -- Limitation of liability.\n(1) Any seller or any person authorized to dispense contact lenses or visual aid glasses\nin the Commonwealth who fills a presc ription bears the full responsibility for the\naccurate dispensing of the contact lenses or visual aid glasses provided under the\nprescription.
