{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-367.690","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 367.690","heading":"Penalties -- Hearing -- Appeals.","body":"(1) Any person who dispenses, offers to dispense, or attempts to dispense contact lenses\nor visual aid glasses in violation of KRS 367.680 to 367.690 or the administrative\nregulations promulgated by the Attorney General concerning the dispensing of\ncontact lenses or visual aid glasses shall, in addition to any other penalty provided\nby law, pay a civil penalty to the office of the Attorney General in an amount not to\nexceed eleven thousand dollars ($11,000) for each violation.\n(2) Any person charged in a complaint filed by the Attorney General with violating any\nof the provisions of KRS 367.680 to 367.690 shall be entitled to an administrative\nhearing conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.\n(3) Any person aggrieved by a final order issued under the authority of this section shall\nhave the right of an appeal by filing a petition with the Franklin Circuit Court in\naccordance with KRS Chapter 13B.","path":["KRS Chapter 367"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=47644","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:59:05Z","sha256":"5d9c86105abb732d59832adcc4a3be69c0f62b03cec600430fc6a84ea1747427","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-367.689","next":"us-ky/krs-367.701"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
