{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-367.97517","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 367.97517","heading":"Disposition of cremated remains.","body":"(1) Upon completion of the cremation, all residual of the cremation process shall be\nremoved insofar as is possible, from the cremation chamber. The residual shall be\nplaced within a container or tray that will ensure against commingling with other\ncremated remains; and the identification removed from the control panel area and\nattached to the container or tray to await final processing.\n(2) The residual shall be manually cleaned of identifiable foreign objects, other than\nthose used for identification, or as m ay be requested by the authorizing agent.
