{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-376.150","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 376.150","heading":"Lien of employees on property of a mine, railroad, public improvement","body":"company, manufacturing establishment or other business -- Of persons\nfurnishing supplies for operation of a railroad.\n(1) When the property or effects of any mine, railroad or canal , or other public\nimprovement company, or of any rolling mill, foundry or other manufacturing\nestablishment, or of any other business, whether incorporated or not, are assigned\nfor the benefit of, or are to be distributed among creditors, whether by operat ion of\nlaw or by its own act, the employees of the owner or operator of the business shall\nhave a lien upon the property and effects which have been involved in the business\nand upon the accessories connected therewith, including any interest in real property\nused in carrying on the business.\n(2) Any person who has furnished materials or supplies for carrying on or operating any\nrailroad shall likewise have a lien upon the property of the company involved in the\nbusiness and upon the accessories connected t herewith, including the interest of the\ncompany in the real property used in carrying on the business.","path":["KRS Chapter 376"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=35297","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:59:08Z","sha256":"590eff3bc6c1917beedaad63a72d64c02cef57eead1d1c533d387b297c6ed95b","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-376.140","next":"us-ky/krs-376.160"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
