{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-376.350","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 376.350","heading":"Enforcement of lien on property of guest.","body":"Any person in whose favor a lien created by KRS 376.340 exists may, before the District\nCourt of the county where the debt was created, by himself, agent or attorney, make\naffidavit of the amount due him and in arrear for services to the person receiving t hem\nand describing, as nearly as possible, the baggage or other personal property owned and\nbrought in by the guest. The court shall then issue a warrant directed to the sheriff or any\nconstable or town marshal of the county, authorizing him to levy upon a nd seize the\nproperty described in the affidavit for the amount due, with interest and costs.
