{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-378a.070","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 378A.070","heading":"Remedies of creditor.","body":"(1) In an action for relief against a transfer or obligation under this chapter, a creditor,\nsubject to the limitations in KRS 378A.080, may obtain:\n(a) Avoidance of the transfer or obligation to the extent necessary to satisfy the\ncreditor's claim;\n(b) An att achment or other provisional remedy against the asset transferred or\nother property of the transferee if available under applicable law; and\n(c) Subject to applicable principles of equity and in accordance with applicable\nRules of Civil Procedure:\n1. An injunction against further disposition by the debtor or a transferee, or\nboth, of the asset transferred or of other property;\n2. Appointment of a receiver to take charge of the asset transferred or of\nthe other property of the transferee; or\n3.
