He may, when the court so directs, be examined in\nopen court touching the condition of the estate and its management.\n(2) The assignee shall file in the clerk's office of the District Court, as soon as possible,\nand within fifteen (15) days after his qualification unless the court allows a longer\ntime, an inventory verified by him of all the property that came into his hands.
