{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-379.070","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 379.070","heading":"Preferential or fraudulent transfer or purchase prior to deed of","body":"assignment -- Effect -- Action by assignee or creditor.\nIf the assignor has, before making the deed of assignment, made a preferential or\nfraudulent transfer, conveyance or gift of any o f his property or a fraudulent purchase of\nany property in the name of another, the property fraudulently transferred, conveyed,\ngiven or purchased shall vest in the assignee. The assignee shall institute the proceedings\nnecessary to recover the property so disposed of, using any remedy which a creditor might\nexercise.
