The notice shall be by\npublication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. Creditors not residing in the county where the\nassignee qualifies shall be notified by mailing notice to their last known address. Any\ncreditor failing to present his claim at the time named or within three (3) months\nthereafter, verified in the same manner as a claim against the estate of a decedent except\nthat it need not be verified by a person other than the claimant, shall waive his right to\nany part of the assigned estate.
