He shall file in the District Court,\nwithin six (6) months after his appointment and every three (3) months thereafter until\ndischarged, a list of all claims presented to him, together with his reasons for refusing any\nclaim not allowed, and sixty (60) days thereafter t he report shall be confirmed unless\nexceptions to it are filed.
