He shall have notice of his application to discharge p ublished pursuant\nto KRS Chapter 424. Sixty (60) days after the motion is entered, the court shall, upon\nproof that the required notice was given, enter an order discharging the assignee from his\ntrust and releasing him from all liability, unless objection  is made.
