{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-38.480","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 38.480","heading":"Immunity for acts done in pursuance of duty -- Immunity from arrest on","body":"civil process.\n(1) Officers, warrant officers, and enlisted men of the Kentucky National Guard or\nKentucky active militia ordered into state active duty by the Governor, and when\nspecifically directed by the Governor, shall be deemed peace officers as defined in\nKRS 61.310 and 446.010.
