{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-381.200","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 381.200","heading":"Deeds construed to include buildings and appurtenances -- Solar","body":"easements.\n(1) Every deed, unless an exception is made therein, shall be construed to include all\nbuildings, privileges and appurtenances of every kind attached to the lands therein\nconveyed.\n(2) A solar easement may be obtained for the purpose of ensuring access to  direct\nsunlight.
