{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-381.9173","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 381.9173","heading":"Bylaws.","body":"(1) The bylaws of the association shall provide for:\n(a) The number of members of the executive board and the titles of the officers of\nthe association;\n(b) Election by the executive board of a president, treasurer, secretary, and any\nother officers of the association the bylaws specify;\n(c) The qualifications, powers and duties, terms of office, and manner of electing\nand removing executive board members and officers and filling vacancies;\n(d) Which, if any, of its powers the executive board or officers may delegate to\nother persons or to a managing agent;\n(e) Which of its officers may prepare, execute, certify, and record amendments to\nthe declaration on behalf of the association; and\n(f) The method of amending the bylaws.\n(2) Subject to the provisions of the declaration, the bylaws may provide for any other\nmatters the association deems necessary and appropriate.","path":["KRS Chapter 381"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=36850","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:59:12Z","sha256":"0af2dd9211c55e4b43a76498193dd24952d23eee9a4b8c750cc8656205f049e8","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-381.9171","next":"us-ky/krs-381.9175"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
