Special meetings of the\nassociation may be called by the president, a majority of the executive board, or by unit\nowners having twenty percent (20%), or any lower percentage specified in t he bylaws, of\nthe votes in the association. Not less than ten (10) days nor more than sixty (60) days in\nadvance of any meeting, the secretary or other officer specified in the bylaws shall cause\nnotice to be hand -delivered or sent prepaid by United States  mail to the mailing address\nof each unit or to any other mailing address designated in writing by the unit owner.
