{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-382.470","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 382.470","heading":"Discharge of notice -- Fees.","body":"Any notice mentioned in KRS 382.440 and 382.450 may be discharged and annulled by\nan entry to that effect on the margin of the record thereof, or at the option of the county\nclerk, in a marginal entry record kept for the same purpose, signed by the person filing the\nnotice or by his or their attorney of record in the action, or by a writing executed,\nacknowledged, and recorded in the manner provided for conveyance of land. The clerk\nshall, at the option of the clerk, either link the discharge and its filing  location to its\nrespective referenced instrument in the indexing system for the referenced instrument, or\nenter a memorandum of such discharge on the margin of such record for which he shall\ncharge a fee pursuant to KRS 64.012, to be paid in advance.
