{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-383.565","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 383.565","heading":"Terms and conditions of rental agreement.","body":"(1) A landlord and a tenant may include in a rental agreement terms and conditions not\nprohibited by KRS 383.505 to 383.715 or other rule of law, including rent, term of\nthe agreement, and other provisions governing the rights and obligations of the\nparties.\n(2) Rent is payable without demand or notice at the time and place agreed upon by the\nparties. Unless otherwise agreed, rent is payable at the dwelling unit and periodic\nrent is payable at the beginning of any term of one (1) month or less and otherwise\nin equal monthly installments at the beginning of each month.
