{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-386b.12-090","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 386B.12-090","heading":"Duty to provide information to trust director and trustee.","body":"(1) Subject to KRS 386B.12 -100, a trustee shall provide information to a trust director\nto the extent the information is reasonably related to both:\n(a) The powers or duties of the trustee; and\n(b) The powers or duties of the director.\n(2) Subject to KRS 386B.12 -100, a trust director shall provide information to a trustee\nor another trust director to the extent the information is reasonably related to both:\n(a) The powers or duties of the director; and\n(b) The powers or duties of the trustee or other director.\n(3) A trustee that acts in reliance on information provided by a trust director is not\nliable for breach of trust to the extent the breach resulted from the reliance, unless\nby so acting the trust director engages in willful misconduct.\n(4) A trust director that acts in reliance on information provided by a trustee or another\ntrust director is not liable for a breach of trust to the extent the breach resulted from\nthe reliance, unless by so acting the trust director engages in willful misconduct.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=57741","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:59:19Z","sha256":"af3074387c72bc964ea568c12e55a0fc0d68596bab03cce1de499b28c8450e31","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-386b.12-080","next":"us-ky/krs-386b.12-100"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
