{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-386b.2-020","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 386B.2-020","heading":"Jurisdiction over trustee and beneficiary.","body":"(1) By accepting the trusteeship of a trust having its principal place of administration in\nthis Commonwealth or by moving the principal place of administration to this\nCommonwealth, the trustee submits personally to the jurisdiction of the courts of\nthis Commonwealth regarding any matter involving the trust.\n(2) With respect to their interests in the trust, the beneficiaries of a trust having its\nprincipal place of administration in this Commonwealth are subject to the\njurisdiction of the courts of this Common wealth regarding any matter involving the\ntrust.
