{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-386b.3-050","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 386B.3-050","heading":"Appointment of guardian ad litem.","body":"(1) If the court determines that an interest is not represented under this subchapter, or\nthat the otherwise available representation might be inadequate because of conflict\nor otherwise, the court may appoint a guardian ad litem to receive notice, give\nconsent, and otherwise represent, bind, and act on behalf of a minor, incapacitated,\nor unborn individual, or a person whose identity or location is unknown.
