{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-386b.4-050","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 386B.4-050","heading":"Charitable purposes -- Enforcement.","body":"(1) A charitable trust may be created for the relief of poverty, the advancement of\neducation or religion, the promotion of health, governmental or municipal purposes,\nor other purposes the achievement of which is beneficial to the community.\n(2) Except as oth erwise provided in KRS 381.260, if the terms of a charitable trust do\nnot indicate a particular charitable purpose or beneficiary, the court may select one\n(1) or more charitable purposes or beneficiaries.
