{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-386b.8-150","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 386B.8-150","heading":"General powers of trustee.","body":"(1) A trustee, without authorization by the court, may exercise:\n(a) Powers conferred by the terms of the trust; and\n(b) Except as limited by the terms of the trust:\n1. All powers over the trust property which an unmarried competent owner\nhas over individually owned property;\n2. Any other powers appropriate to achieve the proper investment,\nmanagement, and distribution of the trust property; and\n3.
