{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-387.100","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 387.100","heading":"Inventory of ward's estate.","body":"(1) A guardian or conservator shall, within sixty (60) days after appointment, file with\nthe District Court a true and correct inventory of the ward's real and personal\nproperty and other financial resources, signed by the guardian or conservator and\nverified by the affidavit of the guardian or conservator. If other property afterward\ncomes to the guardian's or conservator's knowledge, the guardian or conservator\nshall file a supplementary inventory thereof within sixty (60) days from the time of\nobtaining such knowledge.\n(2) The inventory shall describe the real property and where situated, with its probable\nvalue, and the probable value of its rent.
