{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-387.550","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 387.550","heading":"Hearing date and place -- Notice.","body":"(1) If the petition is accompanied by an interdisciplinary evaluation report when filed,\nthe court shall fix a date and a place for a hearing to be held within thirty (30) days\nafter the filing of the petition.  If no interdisciplinary evaluation report accomp anies\nthe petition when filed, the court shall fix a date and a place for a hearing to be held\nwithin sixty (60) days after the filing of the petition.
