{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-387.730","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 387.730","heading":"Testamentary nomination -- Succession of parent as guardian.","body":"(1) A parent, spouse, or child of a partially disabled or disabled person who has been\nappointed as limited guardian, guardian, limited conservator, or conservator of that\nperson may, by will, nominate an individual to succeed in that capacity upon the\ntestator's death.
