{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-387.790","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 387.790","heading":"Court order permitting use of ward's income.","body":"Notwithstanding anything in KRS 387.010 to 387.280 to the contrary, when a guardian or\nconservator is in reasonable doubt as to the right to use the income or principal from the\nward's estate for the benefit of the ward, the guardian or conservator may app ly to the\nDistrict Court for permission to do so by filing a verified petition stating the reasons for\nthe application.
