{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-390.210","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 390.210","heading":"Disposition of unappointed property under released or unexercised","body":"nongeneral power.\nTo the extent a powerholder releases, ineffectively exercises, or fails to exercise a\nnongeneral power of appointment:\n(1) The gift-in-default clause controls the disposition of the unappointed property; or\n(2) If there is no gift -in-default clause or to the extent the clause is ineffective, the\nunappointed property:\n(a) Passes to the permissible appointees if:\n1. The permissible appointees are defined and limited; and\n2.
