{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-391.355","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 391.355","heading":"Set-off.","body":"Without qualifying any common law or any other statutory right to set -off or lien and\nsubject to any contractual provision, if a party to a multiple -party account is indebted to a\nfinancial institution, the financial institution has a right to set -off against the account in\nwhich the party has or had immediately before his death a present right of withdrawal\nwithout the joinder of any other party.
