{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-393a.340","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 393A.340","heading":"Effect of payment or delivery of property to administrator.","body":"(1) On payment or delivery of property to the administrator under this chapter, the\nadministrator as agent for the state assumes custody and responsibility for\nsafekeeping the property.
