{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-393a.380","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 393A.380","heading":"Disposition of property having no substantial value -- Immunity from","body":"liability.\n(1) If the administrator takes custody of property delivered under this chapter and later\ndetermines that the property has no substantial commercial value or that the cost of\ndisposing of the property will exceed the value of the property, the administrator\nmay return the property to the holder or destroy or otherwise dispose of the\nproperty.\n(2) In disposing of property under subsection (1) of this section, the adm inistrator may\ndeliver the property to the Kentucky Historical Society, or any other museum,\nhistorical society, or organization approved by the administrator, and on such terms\nas the administrator deems appropriate.
