Property prevented from\npassing to a former spouse because of revocation by divorce or annulment passes as if the\nformer spouse failed to survive the decedent, and other provisions conferring some power\nor office on the former spouse are interpreted as if the spouse failed to survive the\ndecedent. If provisions are revoked solely by this section, they are revived by the\ntestator's remarriage to the former spouse.","path":["KRS Chapter 394"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=36246","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:59:25Z","sha256":"8315ccc66a1cd385a0a7c8f209a6b9300d46a4b13c9cc206a1ae5b5bad9da598","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-394.090","next":"us-ky/krs-394.095"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
