{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-394.706","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 394.706","heading":"Execution of electronic wills.","body":"(1) Subject to KRS 394.710(3), an electronic will shall be:\n(a) A record that is readable as text at the time of signing under paragraph (b) of\nthis subsection;\n(b) Signed by:\n1. The testator; or\n2. Another individual in the testator's name, in the testator's physical\npresence, and by the testator's direction; and\n(c) Signed in the physical or electronic presence of the testator by at least two (2)\nindividuals, each of whom is a resident of this Commonwealth and physically\nlocated in this Commonwealth at the ti me of signing and within a reasonable\ntime after witnessing:\n1. The signing of the will under paragraph (b) of this subsection; or\n2.
