{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-40.130","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 40.130","heading":"Effect of final disapproval -- Procedure.","body":"If the administrator shall disapprove any claim, or if the decision of the board of review\nbe affirmance of the administrator's disapproval of the claim,\n(1) No payment of a veterans' bonus shall be made;\n(2) The administrator, upon receiving advice of the  decision, shall note the same in a\npermanent book or record in his office; shall forthwith return to the claimant the\ncopies of any official records submitted in support of the application; shall finally\nclose the claim file; and may destroy all other papers except the application;\n(3) No person having knowledge of the final disapproval of the claim thereafter shall\nfile an application for payment of the same claim, or take action seeking in any\nmanner to obtain payment of a veterans' bonus thereon; and th e filing of any such\napplication, or the taking of any such action, shall constitute an offense under KRS\n40.990.","path":["KRS Chapter 40"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=21833","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:59Z","sha256":"c9e844a350e8083178ee48315dd75476ca418be9ee440dc9234c527e5b13799f","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-40.120","next":"us-ky/krs-40.140"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
