{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-403.130","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 403.130","heading":"Rules of Civil Procedure to apply.","body":"(1) The Rules of Civil Procedure apply to all proceedings under this chapter, except as\notherwise provided in this chapter.\n(2) A proceeding for dissolution of marriage, legal separation, or declaration of\ninvalidity of marriage shall be entitled \"In re the Ma rriage of .... and .....\" A custody\nor support proceeding shall be entitled \"In re the (Custody) (Support) of .....\"\n(3) The initial pleading in all proceedings under this chapter shall be denominated a\npetition. A responsive pleading shall be denominated a response.
