{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-403.135","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 403.135","heading":"Protection of personal identifiers in domestic relations cases.","body":"(1) If another section of this chapter or KRS 407.5311 or 407.5602 requires the\nprovision of a personal identifier in a pleading, document, or exhibit filed with the\ncourt, the party making the filing shall provide the personal identifier in accordance\nwith the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure.\n(2) The clerk of the court shall allow the unredacted sealed copy of the pleading,\ndocument, or exhibit containing personal identifie rs to be accessed only by a party\nto the case, an attorney of record in the case, a judge of the court or other authorized\ncourt personnel, a duly authorized employee or agent of the Office of the Attorney\nGeneral involved in child support matters attendan t to the case, or a person\nauthorized to view the copy by specific order of the court.\n(3) As used in this section, \"personal identifier\" means a Social Security number, name\nof minor child, date of birth, or financial account number.","path":["KRS Chapter 403"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=56569","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:59:29Z","sha256":"b69f9a9e87bc561ed9a0d6d47de9d743f244f517fb5bdf3ad105327f37585a33","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-403.130","next":"us-ky/krs-403.137"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
