{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-403.814","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 403.814","heading":"Appearance and limited immunity.","body":"(1) A party to a child custody proceeding, including a modification proceeding, or a\npetitioner or respondent in a proceeding to enforce or register a child custody\ndetermination, is not subject to personal jurisdiction in this state for another\nproceeding or purpose solely by reason of having participated, or of having been\nphysically present for the purpose of participating, in the proceeding.\n(2) A person who is subject to personal jurisdiction in this state on a basis other than\nphysical presence is not imm une from service of process in this state.
