{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-403.846","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 403.846","heading":"Duty to enforce.","body":"(1) A court of this state shall recognize and enforce a child custody determination of a\ncourt of another state if the latter court exercised jurisdiction in substantial\nconformity with KRS 403.800 to 403.880 or the determination was made under\nfactual circums tances meeting the jurisdictional standards of KRS 403.800 to\n403.880 and the determination has not been modified in accordance with KRS\n403.800 to 403.880.\n(2) A court of this state may utilize any remedy available under other law of this state to\nenforce a child custody determination made by a court of another state.
