{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-403.848","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 403.848","heading":"Temporary visitation.","body":"(1) A court of this state which does not have jurisdiction to modify a child custody\ndetermination may issue a temporary order enforcing:\n(a) A visitation schedule made by a court of another state; or\n(b) The visitation provisions of a child custody determination of another state that\ndoes not provide for a specific visitation schedule.\n(2) If a court of this state makes an order under subsection (1)(b) of this section, it shall\nspecify in the order a period that it considers adequate to allow the petitioner to\nobtain an order from a court having jurisdiction under the criteria specified in\nArticle 2.
