{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-403a.106","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 403A.106","heading":"Duty to notify of change of address.","body":"(1) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (2) of this section, an individual to\nwhom custodial responsibility has been granted during deployment pursuant to KRS\n403A.201 to 403A.205 or 403A.301 to 403A.311 shall notify the deploying parent\nand any other individual with custodial responsibility of a child of any change of the\nindividual's mailing address or residence until the grant is terminated. The\nindividual shall provide the notice to any court that has issued a custody or child\nsupport order concerning the child which is in effect.\n(2) If a court order currently in effect prohibits disclosure of the address or contact\ninformation of an individual to whom custodial responsibility has been granted, a\nnotification under subsection (1) of this section may be made only to the court that\nissued the order.
