{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-405.470","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 405.470","heading":"Order to withhold and deliver earnings or property.","body":"(1) The Attorney General may collect delinquent child support by issuing an order to\nwithhold and deliver earnings or property of any kind, real and personal, including\nbooting of vehicle in accordance with administrative regulations promulgated under\nKRS 15.820, which the Attorney General has reason to believe are due, owing or\nbelonging to the parent.\n(2) Fifty percent (50%) of the disposable earnings against which a support debt is\nasserted shall be exempt and may be delivered to the obligor.
