{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-406.035","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 406.035","heading":"Written order of paternity -- Limit on public inspection -- Persons who","body":"may inspect.\n(1) If paternity has been determined under the provisions of KRS 406.021(1) or (2), the\ncourt shall make a written order of paternity.\n(2) Information concerning this action received or transmitted shall not be published or\nbe open for public inspection, including where the Office of the Attorney General\ndetermines reasonable evidence of domestic violence or child abuse, if the\ndisclosure of the information could be harmful to the custodial parent or the child of\nthe parent.\n(3) Such orders are to be kept separately and shall not be open for public inspection\nexcept that they may be inspected by employees of governmental agencies in the\nperformance of their d uties, all law enforcement agencies including county\nattorneys, Commonwealth's attorneys, District and Circuit Judges, and anyone else\nunder order of the court expressly permitting inspection.
